Quora Alkaline Water Delivery Service Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the delivery terms and conditions (“Terms”) for the Quora Alkaline Water online store (our “Store”). These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Quora Alkaline Water Bottling Company (“Quora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They outline the rights, responsibilities, and limitations that apply to both you and Quora when you place an order with us.
Please note: your use of www.quoraalkalinewater.com (the “Site”) is also subject to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, along with any other policies referenced on the Site. By placing an order through our Store, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
Subscription Services
Recurring Deliveries
By enrolling in a recurring delivery plan, you agree to receive scheduled shipments of Quora Alkaline Water at the frequency and price you select (plus applicable taxes and fees). Your subscription will automatically renew until you choose to pause or cancel. Cancellations may be made at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team at sales@quoraalkalinewater.com or 240-717-8672.
If a cancellation is made after a shipment has already been processed, you will still be charged for that shipment, and the subscription will end after that order. There are no cancellation fees.
Prepaid Plans
Prepaid subscriptions may be purchased in increments such as 3, 6, or 12 months. These plans do not renew automatically and will expire at the end of the purchased term. Prepaid plans are non-refundable, though customers may place a temporary hold (up to 6 months) by contacting customer service. Pricing for prepaid plans is subject to change but will not affect previously purchased plans.
E-Gift Cards
The following apply to Quora Alkaline Water e-Gift Cards:

Redeemable only on quoraalkalinewater.com for eligible products.

Not exchangeable for cash, unless required by law.

Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

Not a credit or debit card.

No expiration dates or fees.

May not be resold or used for unauthorized purposes.
Gift card use is subject to our Privacy Policy, and all terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Fraud Prevention
To safeguard our customers, all orders are subject to review for fraud, unauthorized use, or illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, or decline shipments if fraudulent activity is suspected. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately at 240-717-8672.
Transactions
By making a purchase through our Store, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Quora may share necessary payment details with third parties to complete your transaction.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Quora reserves the right to:

By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges incurred, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped through third-party carriers. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once Quora delivers the product to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
