Returns & Refunds

At this time, Quora Alkaline Water does not accept product returns. However, if your order is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement or refund within 60 days of purchase. To request assistance, contact us at sales@quoraalkalinewater.com or 240-717-8672.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at 240-717-8672 or email us at sales@quoraalkalinewater.com. We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. Replacement items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived, please allow up to 10 business days from the order date to ensure that the shipping carrier has had sufficient time to complete the delivery. If your order still has not been delivered after this period, contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Important Notes

• Products deemed unsafe for consumption due to shipping damage will be replaced or refunded.

• Refunds and replacements can only be processed within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• We are unable to accept returns of opened or partially consumed products unless they are damaged in transit.
